Services

We purchase vehicles for resale through retail or wholesale channels. We provide online valuations, vehicle inspections, purchase offers, and DMV paperwork assistance throughout Florida.

Vehicle Offers

Online Valuations are estimates only and not binding offers. They require physical inspection to become final offers.

Final Offers are valid for 7 days or 1,000 additional miles, whichever comes first.

Offer Adjustments may occur if vehicle condition differs from your description, undisclosed damage exists, or documentation is incomplete.

Your Representations

By submitting your vehicle, you confirm:

• You own the vehicle or have authority to sell it
• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You've disclosed all known issues, accidents, and title problems
• The vehicle is not stolen or subject to legal holds
• Odometer reading is accurate to your knowledge

Required Documentation

You must provide:

• Valid ID for all titleholders
• Original vehicle title
• Current registration
• Vehicle keys
• Loan/lease information (if applicable)

Payment

We pay via bank draft, wire transfer, or agreed method. Payment timing:

• Same day for clear titles without liens
• 3-5 business days when coordinating loan payoffs

For vehicles with negative equity, you must pay the difference at closing.

Cancellation

You may cancel any time before signing the final purchase agreement. Once signed and paid, the sale is final.

We may withdraw our offer if vehicle condition differs materially from your description, you cannot provide required documentation, or title issues prevent transfer.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law:

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid
• We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for your transportation costs or lost time

Florida consumer protection laws apply and cannot be waived.

Electronic Communications

By using our services, you consent to:

• Receive documents and communications electronically
• Electronic signatures on agreements
• Phone calls, texts, and emails from us (including promotional materials - you may opt out)

We may record phone calls for quality and training purposes.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge you've read our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: Florida law applies.

Jurisdiction: Disputes resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida courts.

Informal Resolution: Contact us first to attempt resolution before legal action.

Arbitration: Either party may elect binding arbitration for claims under $25,000.

No Class Actions: Disputes must be resolved individually, not as class actions.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive that right.

Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not.
